FREE SKATE SATURDAYS AT SAVANNAH CHRISTIAN PARKING LOT

Hey skaters of Rincon and Effingham County...

FINALLY A PLACE TO SKATE!!!

Saturday, June 2nd, 2012, we will be up setting up some ramps, rails, and boxes in the Savannah Christian Church parking lot!

The church is located at 810 Fort Howard Road. (directions)

We'll be there from 9am - 12:00pm. We are going to try to do this every Saturday, weather permitting. Come out and skate!

When you arrive, be prepared to sign a waiver. If you are under 18, your parent will also need to sign. You only need to sign it once. We'll keep your name on file for future sessions.

And yes... it's free... well, except for skate lessons. If anyone is interested in skate lessons for their beginner skater, just email me at jimmy at undergroundskateboards.com

 RULES AND REGS

Savannah Christian has given us a great opportunity here... let's not mess it up!!! So with that said... here are some rules to skate by!

1. RESPECT the church and it's grounds! Skate only in the parking lot and no where else! There are security cameras, so they will know who you are if you do!!!
2. NO PROFANITY!!!
3. NO underage smoking! And if you are old enough to smoke, please do it somewhere else and not next to the ramps and the kids. And, don't throw your butts on the ground!
4. DO NOT trash the place! We will bring a trash bag so please use it!
5. Be respectful of other skaters! No bullying or trash talk! We are here to have fun and skate no matter what skill level we are. Now friendly trash talking between friends during a game of SKATE... that's different story and will be allowed. Just be mindful of rule #2!
6. Helments and pads are encouraged, especially for those just starting out. But if your mom says you have to... well, then you have to!
7. You must sign a waiver before you skate!
